Alannis Dishes about Vanilla Ice

Alannis Morissette revealed in an interview with Virgin Radio that she was given instructions to not look Vanilla Ice in the Eye when they toured together back in ’91.

“I was instructed not to look him in the eye and that was my first experience of honoring someone’s privacy to the point where you look away when they come near you. I thought, ‘Wow, I didn’t think that actually existed!’” Source
